This was our 3rd dive trip to the island. We had used another dive company in the past, but opted not to use them this time. I could not have been more pleased with our choice to dive with Immersive Cozumel. My husband and I did several days of diving, as well as twilight/night dives. The dives were wonderful, and Sathya, our dive guide was the best we could have asked for. So personable and knowledgeable. I won’t dive with any one else on the island! This is saying a lot because there are so many options to choose from, but the care put into everything by this company was top notch.
This shop was recommended to me by my friend, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Lara and the team do a rocking job making sure divers feel welcome, and part of the family. She was quick to respond to texts, and more than amicable. I really loved that the dive groups were small and not overcrowded. They were accommodating and flexible regarding some personal health issues which was so so important to me. And the best thing I can say is I did not feel like just business. I really felt seen as a person, and taken care of, not rushed out of the water, no corners were cut, and that made me feel safe with this dive "family". I 100% will go back to dive with them again.

Life time diver here. Worked with a lot of shops all over the world and this shop is the best. Extremely hospitable and accommodating to your every need. They know all the great dive sites, carry top notch equipment and really take care of their divers. Can’t wait to get back in the water with them next time I’m in Cozumel! Thanks Lara and crew!! Great experience, all arranged very well! We even got a ride back to the center from our dive master as it was raining really hard. Would 100% recommend!
