We used to be located in the Marina Asipona, formerly called Marina Fonatur. We are in the process of opening our new shop in the center and are therefore operating fully online for now but no worries, as far as our service to you, it remains the same. We will still meet at the Marina Asipona and will gladly wash/store equipment for those of you diving multiple days with us. Stay tuned for more info on our new shop!

We use both small, fast boats that carry 6-10 divers as well as a big, fun 20 diver boat. That said, unless otherwise discussed, you will never dive in a group of more than 4 divers per guide/instructor.
That depends mostly on you! We cater to different certification and experience levels in order to allow you to maximize your time underwater. Typically our 2-tank dives consist of a deeper wall dive for the first tank followed by a shallower, platform type reef for the second.
For our more advanced divers, a 70 minute dive is the norm.

We do not have a fixed schedule for boat night diving so we organize them based on request. We just need a minimum of 4 divers to go out. If we do not reach the minimum, we can organize a night dive from shore.

For our nervous divers, check out either our private guide option (+700 pesos) or our refresh course.
For our new divers, we keep our ratio of guide to diver at a 1:4 based on level and experience so you never feel like you are holding anyone back and no one is holding you back! If that still seems like too much, consider hiring a private guide for the first day!
If it has been more than 1 year since your last dive, we require a refresher course (1 day from the boat, 2 people per guide). If it has been more than 2 years since your last dive, we require a PADI reActivate which refreshes you on both dive theory and in-water skills.
Yes, there is a fast and frequent ferry service from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel. You will need to take either the 7:30am or 8:00am ferry depending on our departure time for that day. For courses, contact us to work out a schedule that fits your needs.
If trips have to be cancelled by Immersive Cozumel because of bad weather conditions and/or port closures, you will be issued a full refund or we can give you a credit to rebook for another day.
If you are booking fun dives with us, you can cancel your booking up to 3 days beforehand to receive a full refund. Any dives cancelled with less than 3 days notice will not be eligible for any refund.
If you are booking a course with us and we have sent you a PADI e-learning, there is no refund of your deposit at all once you receive the e-learning BUT you have 1 year to complete said course with us OR another PADI dive center.
If you are booking a dive + stay package with us, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

Our standard tanks are 12L/80cf and have a yoke valve.. Let us know if you would prefer a 15L/100cf tank (for an extra charge) or a DIN valve free of charge.
Our boat departs from the Marina Asipona, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the city center.
